General Information

How do I contact customer support?
For fastest service please email [email protected] or call us at 855-811-0112.
What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory experiments to study biological processes. They are intended for research purposes only and not for human or animal consumption or clinical use.
Are your peptides intended for clinical or therapeutic use?
No — our peptides are provided solely for research use and are not approved for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — when available, each product is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing purity, composition, and quality-control results.
What is the typical purity of your peptides?
Typical research-grade peptides are synthesized and verified at ≥99% purity; batch-specific purity, when available, is provided on each product’s COA.
How are your peptides synthesized?
Peptides are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), then purified. Final products are quality-checked by independent laboratories.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Cash App for secure and convenient research material purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission and all sales are final. Please verify your shipping address and order details before placing your order.
Are bulk discounts available?
Bulk pricing may be available for select products; contact our sales/support team to discuss volume discounts.
Is there a minimum order threshold?
Order Minimum: Irontide Labs requires a minimum order threshold of $40.00 to process research requests.

Shipping & Returns

How fast do you ship orders?
All orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
No — we ship to the U.S. only; international orders are not available.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to monitor its progress through either the FedEx Tracking Portal or the USPS Tracking Tool.
What shipping carriers do you use?
  • Primary Carrier: We use FedEx 2Day® for all domestic orders to physical street addresses — typically arriving within 2 business days.
  • PO Box Deliveries: Because FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, those orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days).
How do I report a shipping issue?
Email [email protected] with your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue (lost, damaged, or stolen). If the item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the packaging and product.
What is your return policy?
At Irontide Labs, we maintain the highest standards of chemical purity and safety. Because our products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, we maintain a strict chain-of-custody, so all sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In the rare event of shipping damage, contact [email protected] within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

Storage & Handling

How should I store my peptides?
Store peptides in a cool, dry, dark place for best stability; lyophilized peptides are commonly kept at −20°C. Always follow any product-specific storage instructions.
What solvents should I use to dissolve peptides?
Solvent choice depends on the peptide’s sequence and solubility; common research solvents include sterile water, dilute acetic acid, or DMSO. Consult relevant literature and follow appropriate laboratory safety procedures when handling solvents.
How long do peptides remain stable?
Lyophilized peptides can remain stable for months to years when stored properly (commonly at −20°C in a dry environment). Reconstituted peptide stability varies by sequence, solvent, concentration, and storage conditions — short-term refrigerated storage (2–8°C) is typically stable for days to a few weeks, while frozen storage (−20°C to −80°C) can extend stability to weeks or months. Minimize freeze–thaw cycles, aliquot when freezing, follow product-specific guidance/COA, and label with the reconstitution date.
Can peptides degrade over time?
Yes — peptides can degrade over time from moisture, heat, light, oxidation, or repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Proper storage and careful handling help minimize degradation.

Technical & Compliance

Are your peptides legal to purchase?
Products are sold for research use only. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Do I need a license to purchase your peptides?
A license is generally not required to purchase, but buyers must confirm the products are for research use only and not for human or animal use. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
