Primary Carrier
We use FedEx 2Day® for all domestic orders to physical street addresses. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2 business days.
PO Box Deliveries
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so those orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Transit times may vary between 3–5 business days.
Handling Time
All orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
Flat-Rate Shipping
A flat rate of $15.00 USD applies to all orders within the United States, regardless of the carrier used.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships — monitor it via the FedEx Tracking Portal or the USPS Tracking Tool.
Minimum Order: $40.00
Irontide Labs requires a minimum order threshold of $40.00 to process research requests.
