- Not intended for administration to humans or animals under any circumstances.
By purchasing, you expressly agree that products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
03 Qualified Purchaser Representation
You represent and warrant that:
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized entity.
- You understand the inherent risks associated with research chemicals.
- You are knowledgeable regarding safe handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
You assume full responsibility for determining the legality of purchase and use in your jurisdiction.
04 No Refunds / No Returns / No Exchanges Policy
Irontide, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering errors, project cancellation, regulatory changes, dissatisfaction, improper selection, or improper handling.
Because our products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, we must maintain a strict chain-of-custody to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity of the scientific materials we provide. Once a product has left our controlled facility, its chemical integrity can no longer be guaranteed, and therefore it cannot be returned to our inventory.
05 Shipping Damage Claims
In the rare case of shipping damage:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Photographic evidence must be provided.
- Products must not be used or altered.
Please contact [email protected] within 24 hours. To maintain laboratory standards, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
06 Assumption of Risk
You assume all risk associated with the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, use, and disposal of the products. Irontide, LLC shall not be responsible for misuse or unlawful application.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No oral or written information provided by the Company creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irontide, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or regulatory penalties. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Irontide, LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: misuse of products, violation of this Agreement, violation of applicable laws, administration to humans or animals, or personal injury, death, or property damage. This indemnification obligation survives termination of this Agreement.
10 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not entitle you to a refund, may result in permanent account suspension, and may result in collection efforts and legal action where applicable. You agree not to initiate fraudulent payment disputes.
11 Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide proceedings.
12 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Irontide, LLC regarding purchases and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
14 Acceptance & Enforcement
By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older, confirm products are for research use only, agree they will not be used for human or veterinary purposes, agree to the No Refunds / No Returns / No Exchanges policy, accept full legal responsibility for compliance and use, and agree that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation, account termination, and legal action where appropriate.
