At Irontide Labs, we maintain the highest standards of chemical purity and safety. Because our products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, we must maintain a strict chain-of-custody to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity of the scientific materials we provide.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the strict safety requirements of laboratory environments, Irontide / Peptora does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a product has left our controlled facility, its chemical integrity can no longer be guaranteed for future research, and therefore it cannot be returned to our inventory. This “All Sales Final” policy applies to change of mind, project cancellations, improper product selection, ordering errors, dissatisfaction with research outcomes, or changes in local regulations.
Shipping Damage & Quality Claims
In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours. To maintain laboratory standards, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our strict no-return policy is a necessary safety protocol designed to protect the quality of the research materials we supply to the scientific community.
Due to safety, contamination, and chain-of-custody requirements, research chemicals cannot be returned once dispatched.
